Returns

VALMERA offers 30-day returns. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unused, and with tags attached, in the same condition they were received and in their original packaging. We may reduce a refund if an item has been used, damaged, or handled more than necessary.

How to start a return

To start a return, contact us at iking427@gmail.com before returning an item. We will provide return instructions. Unless we state otherwise, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately at iking427@gmail.com if an item is defective or damaged.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Some items may not be eligible for return, as stated on the product listing. Contact us if you have questions about whether a specific item can be returned.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. If you do not see your refund within a reasonable period of time after approval, contact us at iking427@gmail.com.
